May is the month for Juicing!

It is May and we are happy to let you know that we are doing a detox/cleanse this month.  Please join us in spring cleaning from the inside out!

There are a few of us here at the Wellness Studio that are juicing all month.  Here is the plan:

  • at least 1 juice per day every day this month
  • each week do a 24 hour juice fast
  • at the end of the month do a 3 day juice cleanse

So pull those juicers out of the closet or pantry and dust ’em off.  It is time to juice!!!
