Christine Pan – Chiropractic Physician

Dr. Christine Pan is native to upstate New York, where she grew up and went to college.Before finding her way to the Midwest, she lived in Australia, San Francisco, and the Washington D.C. metropolitan area.Dr. Pan earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University, where she majored in psychology with a pre-medicine focus.She then entered graduate school at the University of Maryland at College Park where she earned a Master of Education degree in School Counseling.  For five years, Dr. Pan served as a middle school guidance counselor at a public school in Northern Virginia before she decided to pursue a career as a chiropractic physician with the desire to impact lives on both a physical and an emotional level. With the support of her family, fiancé (now husband), and close friends, Dr. Pan moved to Illinois to attend National University of Health Sciences where she completed her Doctor of Chiropractic degree.Upon graduation, she decided to stay in the area and is proud to currently call Chicago home for her and her family.

Dr. Pan practices a holistic approach that combines the works of Eastern and Western medicine, as well as several other healing methods to treat the underlying cause of symptoms.She has completed coursework beyond her chiropractic education in acupuncture and nutrition to be able to offer comprehensive care for her patients.  She holds a National Board Certification in acupuncture and has had the opportunity to travel to Beijing, China to master acupuncture.  Dr. Pan is also a Certified Clinical Nutritionist and incorporates this knowledge with her care approach.Her belief is that it is important for patients to be both interactive and proactive in their own health care so that in turn, they can be empowered with the life-long knowledge to continuously achieve overall balanced health.

Dr. Pan is happy to say that “chiropractic has allowed me to enrich my own life as I enrich the lives of others by helping them reach a better state of health and activity again.”

Some activities Dr. Pan enjoys outside of chiropractic are singing, playing the piano, traveling, and spending time with her beautiful family. She is also very excited to be a part of the Wellness Studio and is looking forward to meeting and caring for patients!
