Molly Crino, Licensed Massage Therapist

Molly Crino became fascinated with therapeutic bodywork at the age of 14 when she dislocated her knee while dancing. The injury introduced her to physical therapy, holistic self-care, and lifelong maintenance; all of which allowed her to continue her pre-professional training in classical ballet.

In 2014 Molly enrolled in Cortiva Institute for Massage Therapy. Upon graduation and receipt of her state licensure, Molly decided to delve deeper into bodywork by pursuing and completing a certification course in Personal Training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). This has allowed her to integrate a variety of rehabilitation techniques into her customized massage treatment sessions.

In 2017, Molly began studying Craniosacral Balancing Therapy to further her understanding of movement and healing within the human body. She has completed level 1 certification, and is continuing with level 2. The gentle, non-invasive approach of the therapy allows her to work with a more diverse population: from children, expectant mothers, the elderly and those suffering from chronic illnesses.

Given the years of sports related injuries under her belt, Molly is passionate about injury prevention during training and therapy. She believes when people are equipped with the understanding of how the body works as a whole, along with an awareness of efficient and anatomically correct movement, physical injuries can be avoided almost entirely.
